PULSE Vibration Analysis offers our customers a test unit for checking the mechanical parameters of screening machines.
The measurement instruments are mounted with magnets on the screening machine at various points. During the operational phase various information is gathered from the measurement instruments and processed by a HAVER-developed analysis program. In this analysis program, orbits are generated and lead to conclusions over the gathered information and allow the possibility to provide a problem analysis.
With the help of this analysis, erroneous settings and error sources can be determined. Based on this information, we are able to provide customers with recommendations for economical and reliable screening machine operation.
